CoOrdinator allows you to enter a constant that will be a factor applied to all Easting or Northing coordinates. This factor may be a positive or negative number and will be added to the coordinate.
Thus, if you originally had the following ASCII file
500,400,200
550,350,100
600,300,50
and you applied a constant of -100 to the first column (let's assume this is the Easting), then you would end up with
400,400,200
450,350,100
500,300,50
as the coordinates that are imported into AutoCAD.
This can be very useful if you have a bunch of coordinates that have been offset for some reason.
